Returns, Damages & Defective Merchandise
No exchanges are accepted, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds, cash back, or accept returns.
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims must be made within 5 days of package arrival. No claims can be made after a full business week. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please send an email along with a digital photo of the damaged item and the package and email it to email@example.com immediately for a replacement.
Orders are usually shipped out within 4 to 5 business days. Items shipped domestically (within the USA) via Priority Mail are usually received in 3 to 4 business days after being shipped. All orders are shipped via US Postal Service and USPS Priority mail.
Please make sure you have listed your correct shipping address before submitting your payment. We are not responsible for items sent to old addresses and will not refund or replace items ordered and shipped to an incorrect address.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
